Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Women’s Underwear
- Bras & Base Layer items
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our Virginia Beach team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For international returns, please note:
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” to avoid customs fees
